What we collect and why
- Project briefs and teardown requests. Name, email, company or website, budget, timeline and anything you write. We use it to reply and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract.
- Booked calls. When you book through Cal.com we receive your name, email, the time you pick and any notes. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract.
- Campaign source. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source), we store them with your brief so we know which channel works. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our marketing.
- Ad measurement. See cookies below. Legal basis: your consent where the law requires it.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles of you.

We keep cookies to a minimum. The site works fully without measurement cookies.

Visitors in Europe: the OpenAI measurement only starts after you press Accept. Visitors elsewhere: it is on by default and you can turn it off at any time.
Who we share it with
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
- OpenAI measures our ChatGPT ads, only as described above.
- Google Fonts serves one typeface on some pages.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EU, it is covered by the provider's safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Briefs and booking details: up to 24 months after our last conversation, or for the length of a project plus what tax and accounting law requires. Measurement data: as set by the provider, and only if you allowed it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@dude-studios.com and we reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the authority where you live.
